Sprinkled feed is one of our main activities. We have a capacity of more than 3,500 tons of gritted feed per year. With our own mill, mixing plant and a silo storage capacity of more than 300 tons of raw materials, we can make a desired mixture for every customer. From budget sprinkle food to high-quality extensive mixtures with high percentages of peanuts and sunflower seeds.

We have 3 packaging lines for the sprinkle food. We can make standard so-called pillow bags, quatto seals, resealable stand-up pouches, doypacks, flat bottom pouch, 3 to 10 kilo PE bags with handle and 20 kilo bulk packaging. Packaging in buckets is also possible. We can also supply any desired mixture in 1000 kg big bags for companies that want to package themselves.

Recyclable packaging

Because the environment and recyclability are becoming an increasingly important topic, we worked with our film manufacturer to look for a mono material for quattro seal and pillow bags so that our customers can declare that the film is recyclable. To date, many laminate films are used where two materials are glued together. This has very good sealing and running properties on the machine, but it is not recyclable. We have managed to offer a film with all the advantages of laminate film, but made entirely of PP (Polypropylene) material, making it fully recyclable.
