With its own grinding/mixing line, packaging line for seeds and a packaging line for preformed resealable packaging, also known as stand-up pouches. We also have a fully automated production line for bird peanut butter. We completely mix bird peanut butter ourselves according to the wishes of the customer and then the peanut butter is transported through the factory to the filling line with a conveyor belt. There the pots are made, placed on a conveyor belt, filled, labeled and packed in boxes and then prepared on pallets for transport to the customer.

Bird peanut butter is our main product, and the production line is entirely built in-house, with only one of its kind in the world. The production process, including producing 100% recyclable PET jars from granulate, grinding and mixing the ingredients, adding the seed mixture, and blending the peanut butter, is fully automated and computer-controlled, ensuring no room for errors and maintaining consistent quality.

We have the following types of bird peanut butter in our assortment:

Of course, we can produce many other variations upon request. Since we handle everything in-house, we can quickly adapt and respond to market demands.

We produce various mixtures of scattering feed according to customer requirements, in any desired packaging. Bags ranging from 500 grams to 20 kilograms, as well as buckets, are available options. Depending on the packaging, we have a production capacity of 60 tons of seed mix per day.

Peanut nets have become essential in European gardens. Peanuts are still the most beloved snack for garden birds. In 2023, we invested in a fully automated production line for packaging peanut nets in any desired size. The most well-known and standard option is the 200-gram peanut net. We can produce 120,000 units of this size per day. The peanut nets can be packed loose in boxes or, as is usually done, packaged in pairs using a flow packer.

Naturally, we can also create and package any desired mixtures, such as a blend of sunflower seeds and peanuts.

Perhaps the most famous winter bird feed in Europe, the fat ball. We supply fatballs in different qualities and packaging options. Our most popular fatballs are packed with 6 or 8 pieces of 90 grams in foil or 30 pieces in a bucket. We can produce fatballs with or without a net.

Peanuts are still the most beloved snack for garden birds. Peanuts have a high fat content and are an excellent source of energy for outdoor birds. We can supply whole or halved peanuts, as well as chopped peanuts, and package them in any desired weight and packaging.

Sunflower seeds are also highly favoured among garden birds. We can provide black, striped, and shelled sunflower seeds, packaging them in any desired weight and packaging.

Hemp seeds are the most commonly fed food to outdoor birds in Scandinavian countries. It is less known in the Netherlands, Belgium, and Germany, but birds love it! Hemp seeds also have a high fat content and are a significant source of energy, especially during the colder months. We can package hemp seeds in any desired packaging, ranging from 500 grams to 20 kilograms.
